Quick FAQ
What should I do if the surface of my full grain leather product has small wrinkles or imperfections?
Full grain is the finest and most durable layer of the cowhide, to which no corrections are applied. Veins, wrinkles, scars and insect bites are distinctive characteristics of leather and a guarantee of its quality and authenticity; as such, they are not to be regarded as imperfections but rather as "features" that enhance the value of your product, making it unique.
How to care for textile?
For textile upholstered versions: In case of stains, we generally recommend removing non-greasy stains by carefully dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean, warm water. If necessary, clean by dabbing with soapy water made with a little dish soap. Finally, dab the surface with clean water. As the cleaning methods may vary from one textile to another.
How do I clean and maintain my mattress?
A clean and well-maintained mattress not only lasts longer but also improves sleep quality and reduces allergens. Regular cleaning helps remove dust, sweat, and bacteria, while proper maintenance prevents sagging and extends its lifespan. Vacuuming: Every 1-3 months to remove dust, dead skin, and allergens.
Deep Cleaning: Every 6 months to eliminate stains, odors, and bacteria. Spot Cleaning: Immediately after spills or stains occur. Bedding Wash: Sheets, pillowcases, and blankets should be washed weekly to prevent dirt buildup.
Regular cleaning and maintenance help extend your mattress’s lifespan and ensure a hygienic sleep environment. Vacuuming, spot cleaning, rotating, and using a mattress protector can keep your mattress fresh and supportive for years. However, if your mattress is old and uncomfortable, replacing it is the best option for better sleep and health.
